Absolutly correct,I had a sig p226 combo .40 and .357 sig barrels but I sold it,very nice pistol, very snappy recoil but in a fullsize doublestack autoloader platform it is not uncomfortable to shoot at all,I had my 9yr old daughter shooting it at the range,so if any man says the recoil from that cartridge is too much is a p***y

Plus if you have a glock 22 in .40,you can get .357sig barrels pretty cheap from lone wolf distributers, then you can practice with .40 plinker ammo and swap barrels and carry .357sig with full power loads for self defense......honestly the only drawback is the price of the .357sig ammo (unless you reload)!

The .40 is a good cartridge, but I gotta say the .357 sig is one of my favorite to fire, plus you get ballistics on par with a .357 magnum out of a cartridge half the size, its basically a .40 necked down for a 9mm slug, good knockdown power also. Federal air marshalls carry sig229's in .357sig

No law enforcement or military background,i just love shooting, and was raised to love my country, call me a patriot but I believe its every americans duty to protect this country, and respect all of our military veterans. My father is a viet nam vet and raised us to be proud to be american, all of our vets have my utmost gratitude,if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have all of the rights that most people take for granted every day!!!

Also its hard to vote on the poll because in a fight a pistol is a last line of defense,or something you use to stay alive long enough to get to your rifle:)

Hk sl8-1(civilian model of german army g36),govt model 1911,glock 22 in .40 or .357 sig, on a side note I think that glock pistols are the most reliable pistol that the average joe can buy,I've had multiple glocks and put tens of thousands of rounds through them and have never had one jam or not go bang!

I'm new to the sport and want my own table,I've looked at every table available online and I don't want to buy a piece of crap that won't last. I downloaded the mazurenko catalog (no pricing),and haven't received any response from the 6 emails I've sent,I also looked at aplin tables from australia, and again no response from them either. I would love to have a hirst custom but don't know how to get ahold of him,I've heard nothing but awesome things about his tables, and want a personalized one very bad........please help

Like I said, I don't want to hurt anybody, but if everyybody sticks to the rules, and the refs do their job there is no bs,I don't wanna ruffle any feathers,I would never intentionally hurt anybody,I'm just saying do something to better your position"improvise, adapt, overcome"!

I realize I am mr nobody, but where there's a will, there's a way. If sombody does that particular "move" and the only way to win is to break your opponents arm, then break their damn arm! When we weigh in for an event we all sign a waiver or a release of some kind, and its your responsibility to adhere to the rules. I don't care if I'm pulling with my best friend,if he puts himself in a position where the only way to win is to injure him, then so be it,go balls out and when the dust settles it is what it is! I don't want to injure anybody, but that being said I still want to win!
