So who has won the most world titles all together? Allen Fisher? Dave Patton has won 35 "world titles", Allen 25 I think. www.worldofarmwrestling.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=125Although I'm with Surreya and Engin, that counting WArmwresltingF World Titles would be more interesting. I think (not sure) Jan Germanus, Engin and Rustam are the guy who won the most WArmwrestlingF Titles. An interesting fact is also, that Cleve Dean won 5 titles in the last WArmsportF worlds in Japan, winning left hand seniors (right handed won Alan Karaev), both hands masters and grandmasters.

Florian, no disrespect meant but is something wrong with his forearm&hand,or its only because of training? You're right, Engin. It's not only because of training. He has a kind of disease, which let his right arm and hand grow extremly.

Im impressed with this guy. This is Matthias Schlitte, a young german puller who has probably the biggest (size wise, not strength of course) right hand forearm combination of the armwrestling world in his class (70kg) and its still growing fast ;D.

I think the reason for the "ready" is the following: the referee are setting everything right, the elbows, the wrists, the knuckles, etc. If everything is fine he calls "ready". That means, everything is in fair position and the opponents are not allowed to move now until the "go". A longer break between the "ready" and the go would be good to see clearly who starts to early.

I didn't want to say that I don't believe those numbers. I heard from several people in germany (Dirk Schenker, Dieter Spannagel f. e.) that they use very big dummbells for biceps work too. Since those guys are not on the top, like the osetians or Alexey, I strongly believe they are much stronger. I just was a bit disappointed by the training video because I was expecting something more spectacular biceps work, because of the recently posted pic of the big chrome dummbell of 165kg (or something like that).
You are right about the one arm chin, Engin. This is very very impressive for his bodyweight. He's the heaviest guy I ever heard of who can do this.
