I disagree, it does have to do with Poland as it states " next sanctioned WAF event" the next WAF event after Europeans is Poland
The constitution is very clearly written, if it is interpreted wrong, it was written wrong.
Rules shouldn't leave room for interpretation. There were 6 infractions at Europeans from 1 country. That, in my opinion, constitutes a disqual.

Leonard, I am not asking/expecting USA to action anything on this.
I'm merely looking at a countries opinion on the validity of the question.
What are your personal thoughts on this?

The problem is that nobody is saying anything.
I've heard comments from high up stating: Russia should be but won't be Because the promoter is Russian this will never happen Because of the country it's in, this won't happen
Why have it in the constitution if we don't support it. Might as well scrap it, no constitution means no organized sport, meaning why even bother test anybody.
You can reach the right audience with this question when they are not visible or have provided "brushing under the table" responses

It has been raised, I just want to know the consensus, are we as an arm wrestling community turning a blind eye to the constitution and the pullers and basically promoting banned substances by allowing Russia to compete?
Does it matter to anyone?
Is this a valid question?
Would your answer be different if it wasn't Russia or the worlds were not in Poland?

Quick question concerning Team Russia's registration:
Under Article 19 Para 2d of the WAF Constitution it states;
If an athlete is found to test positive, WAF has the right to scrutinize their host country’s armwrestling program and officials for infractions against drug abuse. Countries found guilty of doping will be given a warning for a first offence; second offence will be disqualification from the event in question and third offence will be three year suspension from any WAF sanctioned event.
Was there not 6 positive results (offences) for Russia at the Europeans.
Doesn't this constitute a team disqualification?
