Not even 1-2 days,
It is only 18 hours from the last weigh-in till the start of the open class!
It also states in WAF Constitution that athletes must receive 24-30 hours before Day 1 of competition. (Not Category)
Day 1 of competing is Sep 4th and therefore, athletes should have the opportunity to weigh-in on the 3rd

Good luck mate. Thanks for the advice on bb.com and for telling me about Nutrasea. When i had my shoulder surgery my physical therapist said he had never seen anyone recover as fast as I had. Not sure if Nutrasea is the main contributor, but i imagine it had to help. Anytime man, glad your back in action!

Don't do it !!! Do yourself the favor of NOT wasting your time to pull novice at nats... You can pull novice at any hokey poke event... People travel... It comes once a year... Pony up and pull open. Why do people set their bar so low ? You know the ongoing comments about nats not being nats because nobody shows ?... Well it is still a nat title... A nat novice title means nothing... There is too much grey area... Do yourself a bit of justice and put it on the line. Traveling to pull guys who definitely are trophy collecting and feeling like winning it means you belong in the open... I truthfully believe everyone I see at these events is an open... If your peg holding elbow isn't resting on the table... If you cap because you understand hand height If you have your a$$ within a foot of the tables edge If you fight for grip for more than 5 seconds... If you DON'T squeeze the piss outta your opponents hand If you apply pressure in any direction other than straight side or down... You have a clue and know the game... You are NOT a novice ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS POST!!!!

I don't mind guys cutting weight, it's not my business. I have no problem with it. However I don't like the ones who whine about how hard it is, how much they're suffering, how much they are starving, etc just to make a weight class they have to cut into. I don't intend to say that every person who cuts whines about it. I just don't like the ones who do complain. I guess I also don't really like it when someone cuts to 123 or 132 so they can aw kids. You look at some of the top 132 people out there. They aren't kids. Kind of disrespectful to that class and those athletes IMO I train my butt off and walk around at 130ish. If I can make 121 easy, who's to say I shouldn't. And who's to say I'm going there to pull kids Brad Spine and Vazgen both make 132's if they want. They are def not kids. Paul Andrews and Maksim Khodu, Benji Dwyer same weight a couple years ago, incredibly strong "kids"
