I dont know as I havent heard from hi in quite awhile. I've sent him an e-mail about the practice at soc's as he usually goes, but I haven't heard from him.

John is still pulling. Although like myself, he is trying to get through some significant pain in both arms. He has however retired from this message board as it has only seemingly caused problems for him.
