This event was small in numbers but huge in talent.

0-165 RT
Mike M. went undefeated until the finals, Simon B. was on his game and hooked up with Mike in a strap, beating Mike twice for the win, what a battle.

166-199 RT
Bill B. and Jacob A. had a war, Bill's hit was unbelievable bringing Jacob 1/2" from the pad, Jacob was able to dig deep and fight his way back for the win. What a brutal match my arm still hurts from watching these guys.

200 & up RT
John is John, cool and collective and did not have a tough match at this event

0-175 LT
Mike M. dominated the left hand class with out a problem

176 & Over LT
Bob Shaffer is back and is on his game, he pull with confident and seen to handle his opponents without shifting into another gear.

0-140 Women
Gerry Mcgraw is back on her game and controlled the class for her very first pull

141 & Over
Kelly Nelson had total control with all her moves and did not have a problem winning her class

OVER-ALL
John was the man, after watching Jacob and Bill go to war, I thought Jacob still had more to go and would give John a run for the money. John was looking fresh and let everybody in the over all hit his arm. Needless to say hitting his arm was like hitting a wall, John won with ease.

Gary Roberts where the hell were you, your members would of loved this one.

John Shaw's wife tape the event, kick her down a membership and she might burn you a copy, of course I can't speak for them.

In any case the Winnemucca committee loved Armwrestling and wants it back next year.

Just got home, that was a brutal drive & tournament. It was all worth it. Finally giving my favorite armwrestler a match & beating him sure felt good, I was on cloud nine. Everybody has there day & I guess it was mine on Sunday.

Awesome matches here! I just talked to Jacob Abbott, and he gave me the run down, What a match with Bill!! This guys will go at it in Chehalis, and then the rest of the class.. There will be no easy draws!..

You have to get Simon to pull in the 165 Superstar Show down, I have room for Two more! Mike M, i am sure wants to meet him again... I am stoked.

Bill great event, you had your own little impromptu superstar showdown right there in rural Nevada, how could anyone imagine that you would have that level of top notch heavyweight armwrestlers at this inaugural event. It was awesome to watch these incredible pullers on the table against each other.

Jacob it was a pleasure to meet you and see you pull, you are a great guy and obviously a world class puller I am very pleased to see you out pulling these events, hope to see you out at another again soon.
