how many of you guys are going to the winter blast at the end of the month im still going to try to make it. One thing i was wondering i have never been on an real arm wrestling table before so who does it favor the guy with the long arms or the guy with the shorter arms? just something i was thinking of. And are these the only two tournaments in PA.?

well i don't have anyone to train with yet my weight is around 165 so im not sure if i should stay at that weight or cut like i said this is my first time at this never pulled in a competition. i wanted to kinda jump into it and see where i stood saying if i do well then i well start training hard and maybe get my own table. but on some other bad news i hurt my right hand pulling hand mainly just my thumb its swelled up pretty good so as for me making it to the winter blast at the end of this month i just don't see it happening so i hope it will be good enough for next month but now i can't train. Brian I would suggest start training no matter how well you do. Most people don't do so well their first time out. Good luck

if your over 6' tall go up in weight less than go down your body will handle the weight change a lot better if you go by this rule of thumb.

Brian- if possible, show up at this tournament early. I will show you all I can before hand. And you will learn lots after as well. I wouldnt be worried how you do in the actual event, come with the intention of learning, and meeting preople.

I am hoping this tournament get me a little notoriety. I have beaten some pretty good armwrestlers and still unranked in the midwest. I WILL be ready to rock.

Jay- I would say its about 5 hours, to me driving is no big deal, but 5 hours to some is pretty much. Contact me if you need any info. The area is very inexpensive if you stayed the night.
