THE WEIGHT CLASS CHANGE SUCKS!!! Why change them? 166 to 198 there is no way some one who weighs 170 to 175 can compete with some one at 198. This sucks. I had a good time last year and this year due to changes I will not be attending and I am sure that there are many others that will do the same.

I guess you cant ake everyone happy, but if we didnt change the classes, people would lose the opportunity to get on tv, and then we would get alot more post like yours. why dont you try supporting the event in the hopes of creating more demand for armwrestling, instead of being a negative complianer. The good news is that it is a free country and you can choose to not coe to the event. Thirty bucks is a pretty small price to pull with some of the worlds best. dont forget tv as well. Tell me another tourney that you have been to that cost 30.00 and provides you with all of the above?

look at the big picture Ken.
television will grow the sport and give all armwrestlers to get the exposure that they deserve.
but television can't have the eight to eleven weight classes that most events offer.
so you would rather have none? think about that one.

I agree. The more ESPN, the better. That will help bring recognition to the sport. Look what ESPN did for professional poker. The more known arm wrestling becomes, the more people will participate. A lot of people out there would have a lot of fun with it. My only regret is that I didn't know how fun this sport was until I was 45.

I would like to come but I felt that I have not train that hard to enter. I might come out to the Maryland state tournament. Other wise I will find some guys to train with in my area. If you live in the Delaware Co area drop me few lines and maybe we can hook something up.
