Leonard, what do you think about that rule? I guess I don't see a problem with double capping, so I'm curious to hear why there is a rule against it. So long as your opponent can see his thumb knuckle what's the problem? The USAA has had that rule in place from the beginning in 1985. The idea was and is to make it easier to show the knuckles. It is a lot harder to cover your opponents knuckle when you can only cover one finger on your thumb. With that being said our board will discuss this and make a decision on changing the rule.
