Hi,
Travis, you and I are friends, but I have never said that Frank and Karen are bad for the sport. Someone sent me the post below where you reference my name so I felt compelled to set the record straigt. I can honestly say that I have always been treated fairly by the AAA, I may not have liked the rules but the AAA always treated me fine. Everyone has their own idea of how the sport should grow, but, in my opinion, one thing is for sure, the more folks that promote the sport the better.
I do have issues with the way the rules have evolved in AAA, but I also presented some rule changes at nationals a couple of years ago that were voted in by the armwrestlers. In AAA, if you want something changed you just need to get armwrestlers on the band wagon and present the suggestions/changes at the meeting before every Nationals. If the majority votes yes then the changes are put in place. That gives us, the armwrestlers the power in AAA so we just have ourselves to blame if there are things we don't like there. Before Frank and Karen took over the AAA those things were decided by the board of directors and the arm wrestler had no say. I was actually shocked when I found out that I could get armwrestlers together and have things changed by a majority vote... You gotta applaud any administration that has the balls to do that.
In any case, please don't use my name in reference to anything negative about Frank or Karen. Anything I have ever said in a negative light is related to the rules.
Thanks... Dave

Welcome to the board Dave....also, I was wondering what your recommendation was for developing back pressure in the gym besides Hammer Curls. I read your FAQ, and was just curious what else seemed to work well. Thanks.
