Thanks for the input about taking Winners of a already scheduled event, and Inviting them to pull in the Showdown! I am currently looking at a few tournaments now One has to be in the East, and one in the West. If you have an event in mind that i should look at, please let me know. This way we have the pullers themself taking part in the Venue.. Thanks Sol.

Hey Sol ... I was talking with Engin the other day and he give me his much valued opinion of who he thinks should be at your Superstar showdown. In the 165 pound class... Cobra Rhodes Allen Fisher Craig Tullier Kenny Hughes Chad Silvers Dennis Dubriel Rumstam Babeav Cvetan Gashevski Engin Terzi In the 198 pound class.... John Brzenk Ivakin Taras Artem Klimenko Kevin Bongard Maxim Maximov Jacob Abbott Crazy George Izakiouts Mike Selearis Sharon Remez Slyvain Perron There was one other person Engin choose for the 165 pound class ... but he is not ready yet. Anyways I know you wanted to hear from him .... like many of us others. All you would have to do now is contact him and he will be up for the challenge of your event. You will have your chance in Vegas to sit and talk with many of these guys and put it altogether and finalize. This second event of yours is going to blow your first event away |

For Showdown 2005 what about...
Round Robin?!
It may be awhile before so many good armwresters
from the same class are all in the same place at the
same time again. With double elimination some
interesting matchups will be missed.
Whether or not the Showdown goes with this format, I
would love to see more Round Robin in the future.
It probably wouldn't work for regular competitions (too
many entries, classes, categories, etc.) but might be
just the thing for Supermatches.
Thoughts?!

One of these days, if only to watch and learn, I have to take a road trip and come take part in an event. Are there any big tourneys at all here in Florida?

How are you doing..Your picture makes you look innocent, but we all know thw power you possess, behind your smile! LOL You know i had thought about thins like that, and maybe someday i wouls try that. charlie in sweden put on a Very unique event a while back, He invited Top 8 there and Everyone Pulled each other ONCE then whatever was the best record..won.. I liked that. Looking forward again to having you in the Showdown, only this time You and Jacob will be pulling in your 198 class. Thanks Luke..
Well Joe.. yes you need to take a trip to one of these events, there must be some in Florida, it is the only way to watch and learn..
