Just wanted to drop a line to all my fellow pullers in the Northeast. ;D I also want to let all of you know that I'm really looking forward to getting back on the table.. I would also like to know how many of you are up to training twice a week.. Been spending alot of time at the gym and now I need to get back on the tables Can't wait to see all of you guys again!!!

Welcome Victor, I miss you guys!! I would love to be kept informed of trainings. I always get my fill of pain and pleasure at your house. We can do it here too if we want to change it up at times. Hope to here from you. Peace and regards

Thanks Ron Glad to see not everyone has forgotten about me...HEHEHE ;D I will deffinately keep in touch more.. I'm also hoping to pull at Kurts Tournament but it is also my anniversary so we'll see!!!

I deffinately will Kurt. And lets not forget to make plans for another camping get away!!! I think it did us both alot of good!!! Oh yeah before I forget we need to chat about the armwrestling weekend party that Arlene and I are going to throw!!!

Not sure if it's muscle Ron but I've always had to fight to stay in the 176's and I really think that that has hurt me in the past.. I normally weigh around 183-186 anyways so I figured why not just stay in the heavier class and pull where I'm comfortable..

Thanks Chris for the warm welcome!!! I know how you feel.. It really sucks sometimes when, in your mind you've trained so hard and felt really ready, but you wind up going just a few rounds and out.. All I know is that lately I've focused on all those crapty feelings and turned them around as fuel to feed my tougher training sessions..
