Thanks for the pulling tonight guys. It was nice to finally pull again since forever. I feel sore but am feeling better about my injury. Glad to be able to have a little something for a few people. Thanks ... ;D

last night's practice was a good one it was good to pull with logan again it has been to long time and he feels real good.

It was really good to see you guys again.. Glad to see both Josh and Logan back on the table.. Josh you felt really good last night for being away so long and nursing that injury, but I still feel you still had more in the tank that you were holding back on  grasshopper's sense these things ;D And Mr Hollywood you looked like a beast with those bulging biceps and all Please don't come back to soon I still need some time to prepare ;D But seriously it was a great practice and it was nice to see so many people together again.. Also like to thank Val for coming down with some new blood to the sport and introducing them to our family of armwrestlers.. Your Brother in Arms Vic |

Must say it was good to get back on the table. ;D Need much work. But time will tell. After almost a year off the gun feels good. Hopefully with some more practice I will pull at a tournament sometime the middle of this year. ;D
