:)Well another year and another Arnolds. I would like to thank everyone who ran and helped out at the event and of course Arm Tv for getting things up on the net to watch. It was great seeing everyone again as this was only my second tourny since last Sept at our Nationals. It sure feels good getting back on to the table. ;D
I hope everyone gets home safely from the Arnolds whether you are flying or driving.
Tonya and Mike it was great talking with you two and getting to know you both a little better. Distance never seems to stop anyone when it comes to making good friendships. Tonya you get home and start training those little extra things and I really hope you are able to make it to Vegas. I would love to see if 6 wks makes a difference.
Thanks to Gaylon, Mike and Tonya for helping me out after the Arnolds at the small event I had to host. I had fun and I hope all of you are happy with it. : I will let you know when I see the video and photos from it.

I hope that your trip home was a good one. I hope that Toni was okay. She is such an angel!

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to do the after-the-Arnold event. It was fun, and gave me a chance to catch a few tips. You are an awesome teacher and a great motivator! I will be practicing the techniques shortly as well as the exercises. Congrats on a very much deserved win!

It is always a joy to see and spend time with you and your family. Too bad we live so stinking far apart! Hopefully, it won't be long until we get together again! Take care and God bless!
