Just wondering who my competition will be to win this 1st annual event. I know Travis thinks he is good…but then again he thinks that about his armwrestling.  He will be eliminated by the second hand. Bob Brown thinks he plays well… I know my brother Bill is an old Poker stars player. DeMasseo also thinks he has some skills. Who else. Bring cash… This should be easy money. I predict I will win...  |

Hi John,
It would have been great to have the Holdem tournament at a time when the "weigh-in" staff would have been able to play too. I would have really enjoyed it!

Just a warning to all of you first timers. I watched John B. take the cash at a few poker competitions in Las Vegas last year. He did this against players who compete on a regular basis. So to all of you GOOD LUCK.
PS: John can I come out after the Vegas pull and let you teach me how to toproll . ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Oh yeah almost 4got as if it matters I am 170lbs and getting stronger as the event nears cannot wait.

I didn’t start this thread to intimidate anyone.
I wanted everyone to get excited about getting involved with this fun event.
I understand Fox will be allowed to shoot some footage to add to the armwrestling show. So this will be a great chance for everyone to show some of their personality away from the armwrestling table.
If you don’t know how to play hurry up and learn, it’s very easy and fun….Holdem NL tournament style with Blinds going up to have the tournament last about 3 hours. Rebuys for those that get unjustly knocked out and want to continue to play probably only for the first hour?
Denise make the weigh ins from noon to 6, or something like that. I would love to see you and Leonard on the table.
I’m sure you can find someone to take over later in the evening.
Lets all get together Friday night for poker. What a great chance for everyone to meet and do a little gabbing ….make your flights early enough.
