i just saw the results of your last competetion at west coast tournament.i guess you started to have hard time making 154s:)

No sir, I am just concerning myself with Vegas, so I am trying to eat heavy, recover and get stronger for 154 in Vegas. There was really no reason for me to pull 154 at that event the big time action was in the 176's Fisher, Ryden, Sebastian Lopez.

No need to worry about me my friend I will be 154 in Vegas.

I know, yes sir I am fat 154+ but at least I am able to get over that weight now.

Ryden, I was fortunate enough to get into the strap with him and get into a hook, we were both pretty tore up still from pulling all of the matches both in and after the Arnold, so I was able to get him in a hook where I am more comfortable and wait him out.

Fisher.... I tried to get tricky and spare my aching arm by slipping with him in our first match and he pounded me, it was probably the ugliest match I have ever had.

I went back through the B side with my hook and I got back to Fisher with nothing to give him, not that it would have mattered because he is far stronger than I have seen him in the last 5 years certainly stronger than he was in Vegas last year where he dominated the 165 class.
