AYE!! BTW Val, I bought that dyna flex doohickey the other day, I forgot to tell you on the phone last night. I am becoming a pro. I am no Valerie Beach yet, but I did get it started once without the string. I also bought one for Nicole. She is getting good too. I used both in one hand last night. I can't wait to use my right with it. What that has to do with St. Patrick's Day, I have no idea. Why didn't I private message that to you? No clue. Happy Green Day to ya folks.

Mine glows blue when you get it going. If you use it at night while driving down the road, cars will pull over for you ;D

Kevin, I hope this helps. Bill Cheetham just asked me the same thing in a private message. This was the best response I could come up with. It is intended to develop range of motion, strength and endurance of your wrist flexors and extensors. It is a gyro exerciser that consists of a ball with a wheel inside of it. The wheel spins and turns as you rotate your wrist. Getting it started is the tricky part, once you get it going, it really blows up your forearm. The problem is it is so addictive I can't put it down. My left forearm has been killing me for 4 straight days, but I keep using it.

Wait a minute! James, did you just say you held two balls in one hand, and that they are hard to hold, and that they are addictive? ;D Well, at least your balls don't glow while going down the road, (eh Chris?) Happy St. Patties Day !
