This is indeed very sad news. Mrs. Patton has a very special place in our hearts here at our house. She was very instrumental in our involvement in a/w when we first started in 1991. I went to my first National event in 1992 and she was the one and only person I knew, only via phone. She made me feel like a part of the "family" upon meeting her. We spent countless hours on the phone and many Yukon jack events together. She was always "there" for the armwrestlers! Sadly, though, I hadn't been in touch with her like that in the past few years and I do regret it terribly. Sue was so dear to us that Rainee was named after her.
Dave and Ray- I am so sorry for your loss- she was an incredible woman. Our deepest sympathy, Joel, Elaine & Rainee

Although I have never met Mrs. Sue, I have heard plenty of stories that made me believe that she was a wonderful woman and a mother. I know she will be missed in not only the sport of armwrestling but as a mother too. I will keep the Patton family in my prayers as well.
