I believe that Kurt could use some help with the Board. With his daily job, updating the web-site and trying to police the Board is quite hard for any one person.

Perhaps we should start by using programs that are already in place.
I have heard that from some locations like work stations we cannot access the board due to the vulgar words that are allowed.
Parental controls are useful for keeping us appropriate.
I think we all can make our points without blatant swearing but instead being creative as we were earlier in the boards history.
Simple censorship.
Clean it up and it should help tremendously, automatically deleting anything with bad language
We can still have strong opinions delivered tactfully

I agree that swearing should not be tolerated on any forum let alone this one. All I was trying to get at was we don't need a babysitter!!! If someone cannot conduct themselves in a grown up fashion, then they should be removed from the board. I for one have never used vulgar language in any of my posts on this board and I never will. I can get my point across the good old fashioned way. If someone gets offended by something I say, then so be it. I am not going to sit here and be untrue to myself, just for the sake of others feelings. Like I said, if it doesn't interest you or concern you for that matter, then don't read it.

Guys listen, it's a message board, it is not "The Holy Grail Of Armwrestling". Views and opinions expressed on this board are just that. I don't ever take anyone too seriously, including myself, on this board. I know most of my posts are offensive and childish, but they are there for my amusement and the amusement of others that know me personally. Anyways, it's just a message board!!! Although sometimes it's like a "Soap Opera" with some of the topics, and sometimes it seems like "Sunday School" on the off topic forum, but who am I to complain. I don't read anything that doesn't interest me so neither should you.

I just don't think we need anymore moderators on this board. Kurt has done a fine job at it so why change it. Who cares if people come on here and read something funed, who cares? If something they read on the board turns them away from the sport then maybe it wasn't meant to be. Your telling me that someone reading it on the board is different from going to an event and seeing it hands on?
