We are so excited the Southern Strength is only a week away and is shaping up to be a heck of a turnout:

So far the following states will be represented:

Georgia
South Carolina
Florida
Ala - BAMA
Louisiana (strong maybe)
North Carolina
Idaho
Indiana
Illinois
West Virginia
Tennessee
Ohio

It does not matter what weight class -- mens or womens -- there will be nowhere to hide at this one!!

When the dust settles the results will be posted here first -- so keep on the look out!!!

Remember that today is the last day to book your room at the reduced rate so call the hotel today if you have not already -- there are just a few rooms left: 855-8100.......

There is a huge afterparty planned after the tourney is over at Coyotes Nightclub.......

Hey Nicole,
Looks like Mike's elbow took quite a beating at Unifieds. He started physical therapy on Thursday to try & get it healed up by SOS & Brazil. I don't think we'll be coming down. Sorry, but good luck with your turn out & with your competition. I'm sure it will be great.
