Hey everyone! My weight lifting routine and "see food" diet has made it almost impossible to pull in the 198's. Who do I need to watch out for in the 199-220 left hand class? Maybe we could start a top ten list...

Doug Allen... I think Ohio is listed in the midwest here.. He is a beast!
Ryan Clark, Mike Snelling, Tom Dixon... That's off my head bro..I don't know who is all in that class.. more familiar with 198 and 176

I would like to pull Doug Allen. I got a win over Mike Snelling at Illinois state, but it was a war. I didn't know Ryan Clark was pulling left again. Last I knew, he had a wrist injury. I don't think I know Tom Dixon.
Anyone else want to chime in???

brent r pulls left sometimes. ryan doesnt pull that much left due to injury from what I understand. doug would be a good left match for you though man. tom dixon is the guy on the pull for the hungry video on here at the tail end pullin chris hintgen (hat on).

Thanks Mike, I'll check out the video. I haven't pulled Brent R left-handed for quite a while. I can't even slow him down right handed, but I would like to try left.
Rimvydas: You've seen me before...you beat me twice at the Illinois State tournament in January. I had an orange shirt on...the one in my picture. I took 3rd place there.
Chris: Maybe I'll get a chance to pull you some day. You said you'll be "back" in that class in no time. Were you injured or something?

Kinda chiming in late here, but Dwayne Hannel and Scott Lohmann are both 220 left pullers.
