Recovery is a very important part of strength building. Over-training is the bane of many athletes. If you are over training you are basically robbing your body of its potential strength and growth. Listen to your body, its a very smart machine. Here is a link about over-training and its symptoms: sportsmedicine.about.com/cs/overtraining/a/aa062499a.htmSome athletes can push harder than others and recover faster. You have to find out what is right for you. It really is about trial and error as everyone is very different.

i pulled 4 times this week. YOU WILL BE WEAKER THE MORE YOU PULL . I will take two weeks off and come in strong .The best thing to do is what feels best for you then add one more to tear all the way down.

I train about once a week on the table...but i don't have a training partner, so use bands..and cable.

I pull once a week, but I have had some injuries, and I need more time to recover! I would say no more than two times a week.

well this will probably be the least you here I pull meaning with other people once every two weeks but I train for armwrestling on wed and sun meaning weights and pulleys and I do alot of lifts on the table itself
it really depends on how hard you train personally at the end of every armwrestling workout I am busted and stay sore for 2-3 days ....I take protien and creatine to help speed the healing process

Right now once every 1.5-2 weeks and most of the time it's once every 2 weeks. Any sooner, and the practice is a joke and it just sets my recovery back even further. I can tell if I'm ready by flexing my arm in a hammercurl position, as tight as possible. If I'm not recovered I get a twinge of that deep tendon pain we all love so much and I know I'd better hold off a little longer.
