I like to pull every two weeks - gives my joints some time to heal. Everybody is different though.

once a week pull / once a week weight train/ rest in between / make it count when you have a practice partner.
when i pulled more than once a week, i maintained....when i started to pull once a week with proper rest....made great gains in strenght....but i'm 37...more rest is better.

3 times a week! tuesday- thursday-sunday. 1 hour gym workout and then 1hour table

I armwrestle Wed-Sun. I do modified powerlifting Tues-Fri, and thats about it except squeezing in extra wrist and grip stuff abs etc...throughout the week.
