Who is planning on making the trip to South Africa?
For those of you who were not around for day two. One of the female armwrestlers is working on Team sponsorship from the makers of the Crossfire car. She had the winners of day two take a picture with the car to take back to the car maker. It sure would be nice if this really does happen ;D

Steve, the last time I spoke with Sheri Jo in Indiana it sounded as if she was more excited over UAW tournaments for the union workers. I don't think we can look forward to Mopar or whoever she has sponsering our trip.
We are once again exploring the prospects for individual and team sponsorship because our gov provides no support like other govs.
It seems as though we start big asking larger orgs. for support working our way down to local fundraisers to get us over the hump.
At the National and World level this really should change. Atheletes that work this long and hard phisically, really need to have something great to look forward to like a trip to the Worlds, not a huge debt because they qualified.

Ron,
I agree that it would be great to have USA TEAM sponsorship. I think it would not only be a great reward for winning a spot at Nationals, but it would also increase the interest in Nationals. Most likely would increase the number of people that would be willing to put out the cash to make the trip to Nationals to qualify!
