I just wanted to know what the penalty for gambling is if I were to get cought, say... armwrestling for a G or two.  There is a fool at my campus that doesn't know who I am, and some friends of mine said Iwas a fanatic that said I could beat anybody( I never said that). Edwin  |

Most of your gambling statutes are based on the "House" making a profit, ie football pools, numbers etc. If the organization or "House" isn't profitting, then most of the statutes are not applicable. It varies from state to state and some municipalities have specific local ordinances. In your case, it's between the two of you. Go get em.
Also if possible keep the afternoon open on the 30th and head on down with Steve, Chris and any others that are coming.

Eh, The punk didn't show to class today!!!  Christian, I know myself. I will feel guilty for taking this guys money. lol But whatever.
