I was there until about 2 hours ago...
In a few classes, they were down to the final four....
Most impressive so far was Kenny Hughes, as he slammed Allen Fisher and Andreas Rundstrum in the hook...The only two undefeated competitors in this weight class at the time that I left were, Gasheveski and Kenny Hughes...
Craig Tullier was taken to the losers bracket on foul...Tullier got eliminated by Allen Fisher in a good match in the straps...It was at least 15 seconds long...
Eric Guevin lost to Travis Bagent...This match was restarted a few times due to false starts...In the end Travis won on a quick hit, straight to the pad...
Travis lost to John Brzenk on fouls...The whole crowd was diappointed, as we were all waiting to see a great match, between these two great rivals...
To his credit, John Brzenk is pulling two weight classes, 198 and 242
Barboza beat Paul Walther...Paul Walther beat Dan Victor...
Barboza lost to some guy from Usbekistan, in the straps...Ron Bath was very happy, that Barboza had a tough math with the man from Usbekistan...But Ron Bath did not expect Barboza to lose...
I did not stay long enough to see how the great Ron Bath did against the man from Usbekistan...
In one of the most anticipated matches of the day, Cobra Rhodes vs. Engin Terzi, the match did not turn out to be in the favor of the favorite of the crowd...
As soon as the match started, Cobra took control of Engin's hand...But Engin showed his true warriors heart and managed to slip...
They were strapped up...While setting up, Cobra did not like how he felt in the straps...He complained to the referees, but to no avail...The match was started, and Engin quickly hooked Cobra Rhodes for the quick pin...
Congratulations to Engin for being able to make a come back with his wrist bent back...Very impressive...
Cobra won at least 2 more matches, and than had a battel with Ray Hendricks...It was great...In this match, Cobra did not have full hand control at any time...In the end, he lost in the straps....
When I left there were Engin Terzi, Roman Tsindali ( sorry about spelling ) both undefeated...Don't know about who else was there in the final 4
