Armwrestling has lost a Great Champion..

I wanted to let those pullers who knew of a Pacific Northwest puller who was a Great World Champion, named Clyde Young. Steve Phipps had posted weeks ago about his illness and today i found out that he had passed away Tuesday. I hope you will keep his family in your prayers as i spoke to his wife today. This was a great guy and a true champion that had pulled and won against the worlds best.. I will miss him!

Clyde was a great Champion. I met him in the early 80's in Washington. He and his brother were a dominant force in the lighter divisions. I had just heard in Tahoe that he had cancer. I know he will be missed. Do you have his address? Thanks for letting us know. Our prayers go out to his family.
