Thanks for the welcome Chris i finally got my act together so i can post on this awesome board.Iam a armwrestler of twenty years but was sideline with a broken neck for eight.I spent
most those eight years having surgries all can say if anyone on this board ever has to have neck fusion use your own bone.Any way if it wasnt God and nanotechnoglogy super food and the lifewave patches i would not beable to retrun and compete in armwrestling agin.Steve
