It's taking place in my town this weekend so we'll let you know as soon as it's over. Joyce is about to smash the current Canadian record for her weight class. I don't want to put a number to it and jinx her.

Thanks for all the encouragement from all of you and Rick you are definitely right in not putting a number to my bench press for this week-end and to be honest, if I didn't have so much time and effort in training for this I would probably stay home. I've been sick off and on for about a month and can't seem to shake whatever I have, I've already taken antibiotics but they never worked either so I'll be happy if I can even just break the record, let alone crush it. Nationals are in March of next year, I'll crush it there if not this week-end, I can't be sick forever.  your friend in armwrestling, Joyce King |

I have still been sick since Vegas! It is stupid, i have coughed for Three weeks, and i dont smoke! I have also taked some good vitamins and i think it is starting to help. Hope you Semi -Crush it!!! i will talk to you soon, Sol
