After speaking with Charles W about the kids classes at his "Battle at the Beach" tournament we came up with a fun idea. Instead of having a kid’s class we are going to run a kids tournament "Separate" from the battle at the Beach. It will be run just like a kid’s class only it will have a separate name. We are calling it "The Children's United States Armwrestling Championship"! This is what the trophies will say also! If your child wins he will be able to go back to school and tell his friends "I am the US Champion!!!" Great way to promote and have a fun time! We are sending out Fliers to the following states...Florida..Georgia...Alabama...North Carolina...South Carolina…Louisiana and TN. If you want a flier also please e-mail me at Chris@DiscoverDaytona.Com.

That is a great idea. Talking about a morale and confidence booster for the children! And no, Chris, you cannot pull in the children's division! I would hate to see you get stomped by your son. Chris, would it be run on the same day as Battle at the Beach, or will it be separate? If it is separate, do you think parents will transport their children from afar? Am I misreading your timeline here? Are you coming to Contraband this weekend?

Allen, It is still part of the battle at the beach tournament. It just has a different name other than Battle at the beach kids class...in essence that is what it is. Can't make Contraband...training and dieting too hard for Nat's right now...If they had a set weight for left I could talk Julie into letting me go but with it so up in the air I might get there at 138 and have to pull 209's

Christian,
I am born and raised Yankee (Mass) so my son will win it for all us Yanks!!! It's funny because everytime I see or hear you it reminds me of my family up North. Almost my entire family still lives up in the Worcester Mass area.
