I just received the Terminator Handle from ArmwrestlingMachine.com and it is a great item.
It is also featured in a short video I took in which I examine wrist curls.

Good tool if you use weight machines with pulleys.
If you want the same effect without weights hook the Rolling Thunder or Crusher handles to LifeLine tubes (surgical tubing dipped in polyurethane) and you have increased resistance at the positive part of the move which Ryan explained well.
Good video Ryan!

to speak to the hooking a rolling thunder or other handle to bands to get the same effect, the terminator handle has a tension spring in the handle that you can crank up. in order to get pressure from a rolling thunder you have to increase the weight pulled, with this new thing you can increase the work for you hand and wrist with out having to torque the heck out of your arm. ie.. easier isolation of what you are after. i have a rolling thunder and love it but it is not the same. i am also not big on gimmicks i am a firm believer that you can get a great work out with simple tools.

Thanks for clarifying that Luke. I didn't realize that until after I posted and then went to the website and looked at it. Sorry about that Ryan. Awesome tool!!!
