just wanted to slap something out here for anyone else who is gonna be heading over the the Angel Isle this next weekend for another historic ARM WARS INTERNATIONAL ARMWRESTLING EXTRAVAGANZA !!!

Yeh its here at last Muthaaaaaaaaaa Fluffaz !!!

ARM WARS VIII takes place next Saturday 28th May Right Arm and Sunday 29th May Left Arm !!!

British Armwrestling Federation will be collecting our international guests from either Manchester or Liverpool International Airports on Friday 27th May and taking them back there after the event on Monday 30th.

If you have never made it over here........YOU SHOULD !!!

I know everyone says that about every event BUT the difference is.....................this one really is an EXCEPTIONAL EVENT and is held in quite simply THE best Venue currently staging an Armwrestling event in the World, also it takes place in front of the biggest crowds at any event in the World !!!

ARM WARS is Britain's & Europe's Biggest, most Glamorous and most Bestiest (new word !!!)
TRULY THE WIZARDS TITS !!!

Remember Guys from this year forward ARM WARS is also THE ONLY OFFICIAL EUROPEAN QUALIFIER EVENT FOR THE ARNOLD CLASSIC 2006 which will be held from 3rd - 5th March 2006.

If you have missed this Camels Hump of an event this year................then slap these 2006 dates in your diary NOW !!! so that you never Fluff up this badly again

ARM WARS IX will be once again at the Trafford Centre in Manchester, North West England, (website =
www.traffordcentre.co.uk ) from Friday 26th through to Monday 29th May 2006 !!!

WAF Worlds Clases apply from -65kg through in increments of 5kg til 90kg then its -100kg and over 100kg on both Right and Left Arms. Ladies -60kg, -65kg,-70kg & over 70kg.

If you are making it over for this years event and have not yet confirmed your travel details to us PLEASE DO SO NOW !!! as we will be BUSY AS on Friday and want to ensure that everyone is collected at the airports as required.

Remember also that accomodation is available at The Tulip Inn directly opposite the Trafford Centre for the special reduced rate of £45 per ROOM per night !!! and this is a four star place with PIMP BEDDING THROUGHOUT !!!

If you have already confirmed your teams attendance and accomodation requirements don't worry as we have reserved all rooms for those of you that have however if you as yet have not done so PLEASE let us know your requirements as soon as possible as rooms will now be Unicorn scarce !!!

I am absolutely buzzing about the Swedish Team coming over again for the 4th Time to the WARS. For me you guys are the ARM WARS, each year you guys and the Swiss make it sooo much fun and raise the quality of the event 10 fold. I am proud and honoured to have you present.

This year I am also very happy that a certain Mr. Schnieder ( whom I believe you have a familiarity with) will be making his return to the Trafford Centre !!! Kimon is one of my favorite Armwrestlers to watch anywhere in the World and he is extremely popular in the UK.

He adds a dimension to the event as he is a very Charasmatic individual as well as an exceptional Armwrestling talent.

Also I want to just say Congratulations to you this year Malin, on all your successes, you are finally getting the results and recognition that you have derserved for soo long as one of the Worlds best female Armwrestling exponents.

Everybody knows that you have been my very most favorite for a lot of years and I honestly believe that nobody in the sport deserves it more, as I know how much your Armwrestling means to you and how hard you have worked on all elements of your game to get to the level which you have now attained. Well done Miss Bergstrom you are THE Lady !!!

Thank you so much for those kind words. I have REALLY trained alot but I am not NEAR to be the best yet. But hopefully I will be in a few years if I keep on training as hard as I have done.

I have a injury now in my left arm and shoulder, but I´ll be ok. As soon as my right arm works I am a happy lady. Ha, ha, ha.

Thank you SOOOOO much for everything you wrote. It´s nice that somebody have seen my developement that I have worked on so hard.

It will be great to meet you at Arm Wars, and YES Kimon IS a real fighter (like yourself Mr. Pickup) and a very talented armwrestler. I just wished he himself saw that too. It´s gonna be great to spend time together all of us again. I LOOOOOVE England, and ARM WARS. It´s gonna be great.
