Hey ppl just wanted to pass on a little information. Rob Vigeant jr and Liz will be spending the Holiday weekend here and I was hoping to get a few fellow armwrestlers to stop by for a practice.. He's here through monday so I guess all I need to know is who would be willing to make a practice and what day works best for everyone?
Let me know so I can post again with a day and time.

Don't be hating Rob you know Ar and I gave you your chance  ;D j/k Anyways it just that we all get along really well and he's the only one I can count on to pitch a games of shoes with and drink beers all day hehehe. Plus he likes training with the Ct guys so hey what can I say?  Even thought I need James to get on the table with him and help him with the straps |

I would love to work with Rob in the straps. He has all the tools (and is gaining the upper arm strength at a scary pace) to dominate this sport. Add the straps to his arsenal and jeesh.  |

I don't mind Saturday either but what time would work for ppl??? I know some ppl might be working that day too plus I didn't want to pull away from Amanda's Graduation party either.. I have a ton of respect for Dan and his family so I wouldn't want to step on his toes or force ppl to choose... But what ever the majority decides I'm open to... Holla back my brothers and sisters lol |

Ok guys i need to put this to rest... I called Rob to see what day he felt like practicing and he doesn't care except for the fact that they will be leaving around 1 or 2 on Monday so Monday practice is out.. Now I know Pete said Sundays don't work for him , but i've also gotten e-mails from others who said Sunday works better so I'm trying to find a compromise.. Rob said he wouldn't care if ppl wanted to make it Friday night.. He'll be here around 7:30 or 8:00 and if ppl want to start pulling as soon as he gets here he's fine with that too.. So if everyone that's interested can get back to me a.s.a.p I'll post the day...

OK here it goes, I'm sitting here with Rob right now and he says he'll pull all weekend for all he cares.. So Pete come on down tomorrow and we'll pull left handed all you want. Rob says it sounds good cause other than he and myself no one really pulls left.. And for everybody else we will pull on Sunday at our normal time.. Hope to see everyone on either day.. So we'll make it for 4:00pm on each day.
