I won't dispute any of the top 5. I will say though the one tournament Marcio beat me a number of times. Was in NCarolina. I wasn't even going to go. except to take my son. Considering Wed. of that week I was in the Dr. office thinking I had pneumonia. So I was even impressed I had stopped him in two of the matches. I do beleive though that is one tournament win out of how many tournments over the years. I have great respect for Marcio, he is definately one of the best. Had he beat me in Vegas I would say he should be ahead of me. The one time he hit prior to him fouling out. he wouldn't of came close if we were able to pull. That foreign young man who won was a beast that day. Lets see how it changes Aug. 7

Yes it is a shame Marcio won't be at Mohegan Sun. For win or lose he can and will beat on your arm.

Brzenk Bath Travis Matt Marcio
This is righty only and just an opinion based on what I have seen myself. My apologies to the Canadian Pullers as I have only seen Mr. Espey pull one time (and was very impressed) and only seen Earl Wilson pull once as well. Both were a few years back, but i look forward to seeing them both again soon. Just an added note..within the last say 4 or 5 years, I believe Ron Bath has been the one with the most constant improvement. All have become better, but Ron Bath has had far less "bad events" than any of the others on this list over the last couple years. Cannot just go by one event. If that were the case we would have to list the likes of Tim Bresnan (will make this list soon) and Britton Mathews. (wins over both Travis and Matt) Many different things can reflect on these choices though. Not just wins. Who's stays on their game the most? Who pulls the most events because we all know thats a factor. The reasons can go on and on. Just another way to show how much goes into being a "name" in our great sport.

And I trully hope with all my heart that Cleve Dean is able to stake his name in this list once again very soon.

I don't think anyone can dispute the top 5. But some can dispute the order ( probably why I have not be asked to vote anymore)...lol
Some also probably won't dipute the top 8 either...BUT after that is where the "problems are.
We know polls are a popularity contest, voters vote for friends, training partners, Country mates, etc....AGAIN another problem.
Example: Sylvain Perron SHOULD be ahead of Earl, Mike Gould, and Len Houghton. Now he MIGHT not be able to beat these SUPER HEAVYWEIGHTS but his winning in Major contests and his consistancy is what puts him ahead.....You can't go by one contest.
Tyler: Sorry, and I LOVE Earl and I know he got a win on Travis, BUT Travis is better.....I have pulled everyone lefty, except Len, and I think that I am OBJECTIVE ( hey, one of the reasons why I"m NOT an "expert" anymore), and honest.
TRAVIS: As usual LOVE when you are being an A$$.....lol Maybe I'm no longer on the VERY biased and Poor "expert" voting panel, is probably where I PLACED you!!! Especially after doing so several times, and getting e-mails from people...AHEM .... PJ.com asking me why and where I placed you....BIASED ANYONE?

If you not going to post your top 20 then don't reply!!! I will reply to whatever I wish to reply to. With that being said, I was arguing certain placings on that new list. I was just wondering how the new list comes out with Eric Guevin at number 17 when he hasn't done anything since he took third at the Can-Ams in March. This being the same tournament where I beat the infamous Tim Bresnan, who is also on this same list. Pete - your injury has you off the list!!!!!! Injured or not, you can't go and put guys on the list, if they haven't done anything better than I have since the last time I competed. I am injured and haven't been able to compete right now, but Eric hasn't done anything worth mentioning since my last competition. So with that being said, I think the list is bogus after the first five. And on another note, why has Tim Bresnan gone down on the list, seeing that he still hasn't lost a match since my departure from right handed competition. So basically, if you keep winning, you go down the list. Getting back to why I think the list is bogus. Cleve Dean, tho a legend in the sport, has only competed at one tournament and came in at number nine on the first list and stayed there on the second list. Why, because he won the A A A Nationals? Who was there? He didn't have a tough match all day because no one was there. No one from the Top 20 List was there to even give him anything, but he gets on the list somehow. No disrespect to Cleve, but if you're gonna put him on the list for showing up to a weak event, then I guess that might explain why the TOP 20 is bogus from #6-#20. Like I said, keep your freaking lists. I don't need them. I will just continue to not be a National or World Champion, but I will continue to KICK ASS wherever I go!!!!!!!!!!!!

To Travis and Christian When I brought up Len and Earls names I was relpying to Travis' Suggestion that Devon was the best righty canada had, but beings Travis tends to forget what he posts, he comes on and starts putting, Len down. Thats fine except he totally missed the point of my reply. But I forgive him he tends to do that.

Ron,
Sorry to hear you were sick.
I give you credit for even showing up to pull! I would have been in bed.
Now we know the "rest of the story", I had expected a much better match and now I am looking forward to your next match when both of you are healthy.
Boy is this board great or what! ;D
