First off I would like to apologize for the ill mannered gum chewing when I get a bit anxious or excited I have a tendency to do that. I have not heard the audio because my nitwit IT guy upgraded my computer and failed to properly install the audio, so after I hear the audio I will come back on here to apologize for what looks like my uncontrolled ramblings.

Simon,
Just to let you know it is very interesting listening to your "ramblings" as you would call them.

Hey Simon .... Its been awhile since I talked to you ..... reeeaaaalllly enjoyed watching your matches! Looks like you had your mind set on what you wanted .... and you did it. I am going to try and see what I can do at the Canadians this weekend. I have not been training with being sick and dealing with this baterial infection in my kidneys. I had my staghorn kidney stone blasted last week and from what they can see I only have a couple of small pieces in there now. You can on most count on them coming out at the tournament making me three times lucky at this happening to me. I am expecting some good competition there and you can bet there will probally be a few upsets. Its great that Gary is making it this way to film the event for Arm TV. Anyways .... once again you did "awesome" and I will have to catch up to you later. I am trying to make the WWC event as well if I'm not doing to bad by then so hopefully I will see you then. Take Care...The one armed bandit

Thank you Vern, again I wish you nothing but the best, you are a great man and armwrestler and though we end up on the same train track sometimes I always look forward to seeing you and competing against you, I hope you do make it down to Reno. Take care my friend.
I did get to see the whole thing with sound, and frankly I was inspired by RJ's interview, it made me really want to take my training up a couple of notches.
Gary I would say an excellent job as always but that would not be giving you enough credit for how much the films continue to improve. Please keep up the great work.
