I would like to know what you think armwrestling is.
I think you should start Wrist straight , shoulder straight , body straight , not wrist cocked, not with your foot up on the table.

Just square your shoulders, put your elbow down, close your hand and then......

As long as 1 foot in on the table it is fine to do this with your other leg! So long as your not effecting the other opponent.
Armwrestling is not at all just your arm! It's about alot more (if you're doing it right and if you want to be the best you can be)! John Brzenk is a great example...he uses his back alot in armwrestling.

If it was ONLY the arm, it would be "bar-armwrestling"! ARMWRESTLING is a sport, where you use your whole body, with or without your feet up on the table. That is the charm with "real" armwrestling that it is so much more then just the arm-strenght..you also have to have some brain for it, to over-list the other person too.
For me armwrestling is: smartness, being able to be explosive (fast in the start), power and technique.

Ha, ha, I am sure of it! I LOOOOOVE when you and Travis are around each other. Maybe I will invite you two to a trip to Sweden and we can all learn from each other.....to be rude!!! Ha, ha, ha.

it was great to see you in Bulgaria too except when you gave me that Swedish hug  almost costing me two gold medals  when have i been rude to you ?never :)Travis calls me time to time and i talk to him if im very bored and have nothing else to do.he tells me things like they found an indian magician to take my power away and give it to Mike Selerais in Vegas and this is why i was so weak that nite.he is so funny.i and him are very different than eachother but i still love him as a friend.how is Maria doing?tell her i said hello. |

Travis is a really funny person and he can annoy your ass off. Ha, ha, ha. You two together is THE BEST!!! Just to listen to you guys go on and off. It´s a really love and hate relationship. Ha, ha, ha... I can imagin that he said that he had found a indian magician to take your power away. But don´t tell him that I have found a Swedish-indian magician (they are the best in the world) and that indian took his power and gave it to me and we stole back your power to also give it to me (sorry!!!) so at the next competition (maybe over the top in Germany in September) I will RULE!!! I hope your and Travis power can work together in me!!!
You have never been rude to me!!! But the 3 of us are all very open with our oppinions of things, that´s what I meant!
Maria is ok, have been a little sick, but I think she is ok now. I will send your regards to her.
