I was wondering who was planning on pulling the 209 class at Zloty this year?
ive 30lbs to go all mid section

Wow Paul, trimming down are we? You look a little big to be a 209. But that is great, according to Engin, if I were to trim all the fat I would be a 165 (and was early last year). Anyhow, I would imagine Myers, Selearis, Brzenk (though I would like to see him go there at 225) and Ron Bath might show from the U.S.
It would be nice to see Toddzilla at the Zloty.

Hi James
hows it going i normally pull at 220 with a easy diet to be honest but since i hurt mt back i have found it hard to maintain a steady 105kgs and sort of hit the blob status i have a shed of weight to lose but il have to wait until after the nats to lose it i feel i needed a big challenge this year so iam stepping into the supers,then il make a try at the 209s.

Dont know if I can make 209 though I would only have 20 to take off at most. Losing weight hasnt been as easy as in the past. Getting old.
Probably will end up watching ! Especially If Igor has 5 of us to pick from I'm sure he would chosse the others mentioned for the 3 people.
James is there a 225 class? I didnt see anything but 209 then supers?
