ive been training dawn now for a few years,ive seen her come through the novice section to a good pro at the age of 16 and i have a couple of things to say Dawn iam proud of you for all the acheivments you have done in the short time you have been pulling.
she has not been gifted with the gentics but her dedication is fantastic keep it up girl.
But also iam afraid to say i found out something about Dawn today and as much as i love her shes been cheating o no you must say not innocent dawn well yes its true she used to to have the old meat and to veg a man dawn or should i say derek was,dawn couldnt come out and say this so please derek forgive me.lmao.
you know i love you kid and youl be world champion some day and hopefully il be there to see it,see you at training babe.

Paul you are a stud for going up on this board and showing love where other men half your emotional size would not. To hear in your ear that you will be a world champion someday, by someone who is willing to put in the time and effort to cradle and nurture a young and fragile, but yet just as impressionable mind is without a doubt a life long inspiration. You my friend just lit the fire and drove the force that will keep the love affair of armwrestling forever in Dawns heart. I never had that from my trainer growing up, well it was none other than Mitch Cady(As I cough out A$$ hole), but then I gave it another shot last year under Jacob Abbott. I can say that all it took was him telling me that I could be the best someday, and boom I will never stop believing that I can be. Mentors are a must in this sport, but to have someone who generally cares for someone else in this at times self centered sport is priceless. Don't ever let anyone break that from you. Damn I'm getting all mushy, what will my competitors think?

Paul you are SO right!! Dawn is one girl I would not underestemate!  above her abilities shes funny as hell and a sweet young lady..LOL   ;D Ya know I luv ya girl keep the great work it WILL pay off!  ;D Tell the family I said hey and send my best, I hope to see ya all soon  BTW. But there is also something i got to say about paul that not many people know!!!!! paul is actually a he she! he was born with fruit and vedge and also the womens parts... please dont bully or say things behind pauls back as for it is not hes fault so please treat him with care and respect. hehe Paul i luv u 2, n i will also see you you at training where i can get some more abuse off you haha im used to it now! But there is one thing your jealous of that is i am more woman than you will ever be hah JK Hey val thankyou for the nice comments you are also a fun bubbly gal and made me feal welcome!!!! ;D Matt Paul is a great trainer and everyone deserves a trainer as good as him.!.!.!
