Evereyone has their own predictions for the first round, so now lets see what will happen in the second round. I have the match ups according to what I believe, but by all means please let me know what you think.
Chris Meyers Vs. Bryan Johnson:
Bryan uses his monstrous hand and long Forearms to secure a toprole win over Myers. Johnson is a up and coming player in this class and possibly the 220 also due to his ever growing power as well as his tall slender frame.
Mike Selearis Vs. John Brzenk:
Now that John is completely 100% percent healed and ready to go there is a small chance that Selearis will be able to use his toprole affectively against John. Match ends Brzenk defending the toprole and taking Selearis down with straight side pressure.
Jacob Abbott Vs. Todd Hutchings:
I believe this match will be a battle of hooks and shoulder presses leaving only one question; Who will get the start? By all accounts these are similar styles only I believe that Abbott has a better shoulder. Hands down this is the best and closest second round matchup. I predict that Abbott will get the win after securing a good inside position and both men deciding to conserve energy for the later rounds. Besides as the way I have it the "B" side will be a better way to march up to the later rounds.
Bill Brzenk Vs. Kenny Hughes:
This is a David Vs. Goliath match up with B. Brzenk being one if not the biggest competitor in this tournament, and Kenny being one of the smallest. If we see a Las Vegas style B. Brzenk than expect him to be the victor, but if not then we could see a Lightning quick start as always by Kenny Hughes followed by a long battle that could render both pullers useless for the later rounds. Kenny's speed is to be feared , but I think that as Kenny is much smaller at this time we should expect a Bill Brzenk to be left on the "A" Side.
As always this is a disscusion board so please let your voice be heard.
