Hi Trapper,
If you want to climb the list Jon Vogt just told me that he would LOVE to super match you at the Midwest this weekend with either hand in addition to pulling you in the tournament. Especially since you announced a while back on the board that you could beat him.

Beyond the incentive of climbing the rankings, I will give you $100.00 personally if you beat Vogt in a right-handed supermatch. He is currently down to around 251 lbs.
Also, last I saw Josh Handeland was going to ride out for the tournament. Maybe you guys could ride together to cut down on the crazy fuel costs? I'd love to see this match.

Hi Andrew,
We'd love to have you come brother (whether pulling of just hanging out). The more the merrier. Should be a fun tournament. Maybe you and Trapper and Josh could journey together and split up the gas money? (Just a thought. I know it's a bit of a drive, and gas is high, but car pooling makes things more affordable for all).
Anyway, I'd enjoy seeing that match too. (Enough that I'm willing to put up money to see it!) I think both of them have improved greatly. But for the record I think people underestimate what Vogt is capable of.

Trapper I wont need to do anything, you need to take some of your own advice.

Also there is a tournament in my area pretty much every two weeks after this until nationals so I would be glad to meet you at any of those locations also.

I'm not going.
IMO this would be a really good match! Toproll vs. Hook. Not sure who I'd pick. You guys should meet up at a central location, Kansas City maybe? There's a tourney there April 21st, idk if that's too soon or not tho or too close to Midwest Challenge.

Well Josh I personally think you would think anyone vs me would be a good match because you think I suck for some reason. I am not meeting in a central location because I have absolutely no reason to pull him, meaning I would gain nothing from this. I am on the board and Trapper is not so I have no idea why this would be a "good" match to you.
I am not trying to sound like a jerk but even when I beat some people you still claim them to be better than I am.

To be honest, I too am tired of Vogt being disrespected on this board. Trapper's talk of "ass whoopins" to Vogt a while back was uncalled for.
Also, Josh I'm astonished you think it would be that close. I think you are mistaken. However, since you run the rankings you likely know more than me and feel relatively confident.
Trapper can pick which tournament. We have the State Tournament in June and Nationals in August. There are others close as well. Ample notice has been given, and Trapper just said above that's all he requires to show up.
Josh, given your confidence in a close match, and the fact that Trapper passed up the $100.00 offered for this weekend, I'd like to invite a gentlemen's wager on the match. I'll give you 2-1 odds. You too Trapper.
Please notice I'm not issuing any advice of "eating Wheaties" (which Trapper gave earlier to John Milne and Steve Green). Nor am I giving any talk of "taking vitamins" and "saying prayers" (as just now issued above by Trapper to Jon Vogt).
This is just a request that all of this big talk be met with action. So, which tournament? And how much do the two of you care to wager on your apparently overwhelming confidence?
