Hey Sol,
I just want to thank you and your team, for the opportunity to participate in the Superstar Showdown.
Wow, what an event it was. Lots of great matches that are rare to see. Guys putting all on the line with no quit in them.
You made stars of us all. It was really special to see John "the Iceman" Walker being presented with that lifetime achievement award. Very classy move and long time coming.
All the best, hopefully this event will continue for years and years.
I also want to congratulate all the pullers for making it a special event to attend. You guys are incredible athletes. Though, there where a few surprises and upsets. Oh well, that is how it goes. It was an honor to finally get to meet so many of you guys.
Cheers
Aaron

It was nice to meet everyone and make everyone's acquaintance. Aaron, cheers my good man. Sol did an awesome job with this tournament. He poured his heart into it and did his thing. A first class tournament all the way. And Sol, don't sweat the pizza over prime rib thing, I was too drunk to notice the difference.

Sol, Yes... a tent over the tables would be great.. just like last year. ;D I know it's not too bad if your only up there for a few mins for each match... but 7 hours about did me in. My wife still laughs at me when she looks at the sunburn and I put sunscreen on twice... started to get blisters yesterday.

Sol,
It was a privilage and an honor to be invited and I cant thank you enough for setting a new precident of letting relative unknowns in with the big boys. Hopefully you will do the same next year and give one or two up and comers a shot at the limelight. You gave a 150% to that event and your heart showed in everything you did. yes a tent would have been cool and food at midnight but you can never cover every base so dont sweat it or apologize you dont need too !! nobody gave more effort than you did ( not even the pullers ) It was great to meet the pullers I had not met before Mr Lengal and Reimer they were real gentleman as well as fierce competitors. I hope you bring more canadians next year
As I stated before I hope to get invited next year and I will come everytime I am in closing

Sol you pulled itoff this year again. Though it wasn't a suprise that you could. I am happy for everyone who pulled out there. For John Mackanna ofr being the only disabled puller, he still shook it up. Thanks to Deny for coming all that way just to pull in the pro class. What a class act!!! After taking a few days to calm down and let my mistakes set in I now realize that leonard and steve had it worst of all up there in that hot sun. So thankyou to you both for sticking it out and doing your very best. Everyone was at there best and I am very proud to say that I was apart of it, even though I was not at my best. Sol I can't thankyou enough for bringing Leonard in for this one, and Leonard I can't thankyou enough for taking the break time to explain a few things to me. If you didn't I'm sure that my right lat tear would have landed me in the hospital if it were not for you helping me to pull a little smarter. Nothing but class from everyone out there. Well the bodybuilding posedown was bad, but hey sponsores need love too. Hope to see you all at nationals if I can get some healing in.
