A lot of competitors, high level and DOPING CONTROLS !!

I've been myself controlled... they will probably find high level of cholesterol.... ... let's see I'll tell you when I get the results.

I was expecting this from a long time now. It's a very good new for this sport here in Europe.

I did have a great win but it was a tough competition, i had a great time and i wish i could experience that again. i enjoyed myself sooo much it was great and in the overall rankings i finished 9th out of 15 countries hehe!!! And i was all on my own from England.

I would als like to thank Willy for presenting me with awards. And for the great service for welcoming me into Rochefort and for the belly burning liquer hehe made me win though.

It was a great tournament

I don´t know yet if I come to the Swiss open. It depends on if my armwrestling-club will go or not. And I don´t want to stress Kimon. ´Cause if I go, he will feel like he also would have to be there...and he have important work to do with his school and everything, so I don´t want to stress him.

I have also put up pictures now of Kimon and Marcel when they do the beatbox. It´s great. They are both so good at it. I also now have a clip with Kimons father Heinz and me, when we are armwrestling together. He´s such a sweety!!!

Marcel and Stefan ARE really nice guys. I liked to be around them and wish that I had them all in my club...ha, ha.

The training session was really fun...more pics of that will come up. But did you see their armwrestling table??? Not really how a "usual" armwrestling table looks like. It was a little harder to pull on this one. You should try one day.
