Friday night - 9 PM weigh ins.
Saturday - 9 AM weigh ins.
Saturday - 10 AM seed the brackets.
Saturday - post the brackets on the website.
Saturday - 10 AM Arm TV interviews.
Saturday - 12 noon FOX interviews.
Sunday - 3 PM Fox to pose match ups.
Sunday - 4 PM Chris Rose with John Brzenk and Travis Bagent, "Best Damn Sports Show".
Sunday - 6 PM Tournament (filming) starts.
The scheduled air date is August 12 so you will need to check your local air time and channel for listing. More information will be made available on Sunday August 7.
We encourage all armwrestlers who meet the weight categories and requirements to attend. There is alway that a chance competitor may not make it.
