I thought this would be interesting to all of you arm wrestlers. I was at a strong man contest last Saturday to watch and there was a guy there entertaining the crowed by rolling up frying pans with his hands. I was so excited to see it that i inquired how he did it he said "it was like a wrist curl" not thinking that by telling me this it would unlock the mystery to all arm wrestlers with a descent wrist curl on how to do this. He proceeded to give me a pan to as I suppose show his superior strength. So with a pan in my hands i rolled it like it was a burrito, to his and the crowds amazement. His Buddie said no one in 20 years has been able to do this at any events he performed this stunt. I was so excited about this I decided to try it when i got home to my wifes dismay she now has burrito shaped pans. I'm telling this story not so much to brag about my incredible fantastic super human strength but to inform any arm wrestler with a descent wrist curl should be able to do this. Ill be taking my newly purchased pans to the Conn. practice on Wednesday to see if my theory is right that most arm wrestlers can do this, and hopefully we can get this video taped and put it on the board so all of you can possibly make a few bucks or just entertain your friends at your next party.

Dan,
Sounds like a lot of fun.
There was an article in Milo a while back about rolling frying pans, and the guy said you can buy them at various strengths. He said the key to "show success "was to get a pan that you could do, but would be too hard for the average guy.
Sounds like you showed him what armwrestlers are made of!

John Brookfields grip books both say one of the biggest secrets to rolling up a frying pan is going fast, so that the metal heats itself up. I don't know how fast you could go, but it sort of makes sense.
The biggest feat I've accomplished so far is exploding full pop/beer cans. Pop makes you sticky, and everyone gets mad that you're wasting beer.... it's not a crowd pleaser

I always wanted to learn how to rip a phone book. It seems impossible to me. But so did bending frying pans maybe you can show me Davey at the next tourney we cross paths.

After Mike west showed me how to hold the phone book correctly I tore it easily , I have done that one many times as a crowd pleaser. I will try frying pan next
