Dan, You can get a great workout wherever you are simply by purchasing an aluminum Teflon frying pan and rolling it up into the shape of a burrito with your bare hands! |

You will probably have to be blindfolded in order to get to eric wolfe's secret training facility, but I'm sure you will get a good workout
