Steve, marriage has nothing to do with it since I'm the cook. THATS the problem. The wife doesn't get home until 8-9 every night so..... 325 instead of 350... James, Its not the " muscle " thats the problem. I wish! Its the eating thats the problem staying at 242..But I will try...UM...next year. 325 for Reno.....I wish too.....

132 and the open class all in the same event.
Andrew I would say that 132 is too low if you can get to 160 this quickly, I would say you should pull 154 day in and day out and 143 for Nationals at the very lowest.

My problem is that I put on muscle too easily. I guess for some people that wouldn't be a problem...but I hit the gym, and I just blow up. I've already put 2 inches on my upper arms since nationals. I just feel bodybuilding is where I belong, with Armwrestling as a side sport. Mike, I will get down there to Albemarle and pull with you guys VERY soon, but I gotta wait on my paycheck, gas money is killer for 2 hours driving back and forth! Plus, I might be able to give you guys a better pull since Im bigger now. hopefully.
