Hi,

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Gary. I have been involved in weight training for 20 years. I've done strongman and powerlifting bending and tearing and also gripping. Some of you guys might know me from the gripboard.

I'm here to learn and have been reading up on AW. The reason I have waited so long is because it's hard to find someone to pull with. Fortunatly I found a group to pull with but they are 2 hours away.

I'm going to be asking alot of questions. I really enjoy talking about and learning about training.
