I've been posting stuff on Facebook, but I figured I'd put it here too. It's looking like he's running, but unfortunately I'm a registered Independent, so I can't vote to have him be the GOP candidate. I'm guessing that there are quite a few registered Republicans on here, so here's to keep you registered voters informed.
If nothing else, at least become familiar with him and monetary policy and vote on REAL issues instead of the propaganda that the media distracts us with.

I made a huge mistake by not voting for him last cycle. I won't make the same mistake twice.
As I mentioned before, I really did not give Ron Paul much of my attention two years ago, mainly because I got turned off by his supporters before I ever heard Paul's message. I still worry about that. Ron Paul definitely needs to control his message this time and keep the kooks from becoming the face of his campaign.
He's got my vote.

Unfortunately the media won't help in that regards. I agree that people are more in tuned with his message this go around. Especially since the young voters like myself having been deceived by Obama last go around. I think it's a matter of him winning the primaries, then it's going to epic. Could you imagine Obama debating with Paul? What I find crazy is that EVERY interview he's whether it be liberal or conservative, the interviewers LOVE him. From Bill Maher to Bill O'Reilly. I don't understand how he isn't bigger than he is.

I think it's because nobody's ever heard him speak before. He was basically excluded from the last election. He wasn't allowed to debate and both the DNC and RNC pushed him away like bad fruit.
He'll get plenty of support until the real election cycle starts. As soon as he begins to threaten the good old boy network you'll see him get shut down again.

I've had a "Ron Paul 2012" picture on my desk for the past 2 years. Someone got offended a couple weeks ago and I had to take it down. So I ordered some stickers from the Internet and put'm on my car, which I drive in the refinery. The ONLY reason why I didn't vote for him last time is because your stuck voting for the lesser of 2 evils. Heck with it, he's surely got my vote next go-round

Chris,
Every state may be different but I was registered independent 4 years ago. I changed to Democrat so I could vote in that primary. I would have bet you a $1000 that I would NEVER vote for Hillary Clinton but I did. It was the lesser of two evils I guess. Now by doing that I didn't get to vote in the Republican primary but I was more concerned with Obama not winning. I would vote for Ron Paul for SURE if he made it on the Republican side but I personally like Mike Huckabee. I don't think anyone thought he had a prayer the first time but he made a pretty good showing. I think he will win if he decides to run. I believe Donald Trump thinks like most Republicans do. I heard this morning he said that we shouldn't be spending our money on other people's protection in a war situation. We will help them but they will have to fund it. I think he has a lot of common sense but he comes off as such a jerk that we will be at war with every country in the world.

He won't win.... "they" won't let him.
You are all foolish if you think "they" aren't creating your make believe options for you.
