DANG IT...I tried to beat vern! It looks like he got to it before me. This is just one of the high light matches of the day between Len Houghton and Ryan Espey AS WELL AS AN AWESOME INTERVIEW WITH THE "MAN" THE "MYTH" THE ONE AND ONLY...VERN MARTEL!!!! I thought it would be cool if Vern gave a video update for all of you. I know he usually gets up here and goes match by match description...we didn't get that detailed but it turned into a great interview where I got to know the "Man" that is "VERN MARTEL"...CLASS ACT. anyways today has been a tremendously long day full of wonderful matches and a cool party to boot... look for that dance video to come soon!!! featuring Tamara as ARM TV'S most valuable dancer!! AND now it is 4:30 am AND I AM OUTTTA HERE!!! I get on a plane in the morning to come back to reality. Thanks Canada for having me!! AND I just finished interviewing Ryan Espey...and Travis...he's training for you!! left handed...look out!! Thanks everyone and check out the link...this one is FREE www.armwrestlingtv.com/04CANADANATIONALSHL.html

Hey Vern Awesome interview. Wow! You nailed many excellent points for us Canadians and armwrestlers everywhere. Thanks for telling us more about yourself and some of your armwrestling experiences. I really wanted to be there this year but I am nursing an inury that is going to set me back for another while. However, I am on the road for recovery and I too will be back sometime in the future. In fact I went through surgery last week so I am now in some pain and discomfort. It always has and will amaze me how you are so calm in light of all your issues (pain and discomfort) that you have to deal with on regular basis due to your accident. Thanks again for being a perfect reason of inspiration and encourage for others to look up to keep on trucking. In so many ways.... Best wishes Aaron Lengyel P.S. Gary awesome video stream as well. Thanks

Hey my friends across the border.....thanks for yor support! We had a fantastic Nationals here and a whole lot of fun. From it all, we got a great "Team Canada" that will go on to the Worlds. I am looking forward to to seeing a lot of you there as well as at the WWC in Boomtown. There is a number of us that want to make that tournament that will help make this event one of the biggest of the year. I cannot believe the calibre of tournaments this year that there has been.... our sport "Rocks!" I have really enjoyed coming down to several tournaments this last year and I shared my experiences with my fellow Canadians. I would love to see moe Canadians coming down to these events as well as you guys coming up to ours. As far as the interview on Arm TV .... A person can never say enough about our sport and the people in it. I got to a part about John Brzenk....and what could I say....John can not be explained in a few words....he is my "Hero" in this sport...for what he has done, accomplished and continues to do. At any rate....its always good talking to you guys and I love seeing or hearing what you have to say.
