How close quarters of a cell? Does batman have kryptonite?
If the cell is big enough that superman can get away from the kryptonite..... Then superman
But if the cell is close quarters and batman has kryptonite then batman can take a nap it's over from the beginning. Not a fair fight to start from.

If this cell is survivable meaning they can breathe..... Then it has weak point and superman can get out.
If they can't breathe then batman will die regardless
